* Provide the title and the date of the seminar you wish to request for your university, either from the list of seminars scheduled or any other special seminar you wish to request

 

** Provide the email of the technical assistant that will be supporting the connection on your side.

 

*** Please give details of the seminar room you have available to project the talk. The minimal requirements for the seminar is to have audio and internet for live streaming. Please mention if you have availability for any video conferencing system (therefore, polycom or others).
